Refund Policy

All our collections are sold in minimum quantities as we are a start-up business. At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or return of items for change of mind. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Important Note:

  1. Please carefully refer to the size guide to make sure you have the right measurements. If you're not happy with the size, please contact us and we may exchange the size for you depending on the item's availability. Subsequent shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
  2. Please read the clothing description to be informed of the exact fabric used before placing an order. 

Damages and issues
All garments are meticulously inspected for any damages prior to releasing them. Please inspect your order upoon reception and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return meets the qualifications stated in our Terms & Conditions, you may proceed to request for a return. Please note that the shipping fee that was charged to you for this order will not be refunded.

Additionally, we will not refund the shipping cost that you incurred for returning the item(s).

To start a return, you can contact us via our chat app or emails us at info@proudbee.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Proud Bee. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
